Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the Dallas/Fort Worth Walk to Remember (WTR) on October 6, 2018.  Please review the information requirements below before submitting your registration.

About Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death
M.E.N.D. is a Christian non-profit organization that reaches out to families who have suffered the death of a baby through miscarriage stillbirth, or early infant death.  To learn more about our organization, click here.

About the Walk to Remember
The M.E.N.D. WTR is a remembrance ceremony where more than 1,400 attendees are expected to come to acknowledge and remember more than 400 babies who died too soon.  Families are encouraged to check in at the Walk at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.  They then have time to visit different areas at the venue, including the exhibition area. For more information about the day’s events, click here.

Requirements for Exhibitors

Please carefully note the requirements set forth by M.E.N.D. in order to be included as an exhibitor at the Walk to Remember before proceeding.   Registrations must be received by August 31, 2018.  The $50 exhibitor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and due upon registration.  If, in the sole discretion of the M.E.N.D. Board of Directors, your organization is not a good fit for our event, or if all exhibitor slots are already filled, you will be notified no later than September 21 and a refund will be processed in those specific instances.   Approved exhibitors will receive more detailed information about the day’s schedule by September 21.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Organizations MUST

  • Be a current 501 (c)(3) and in good standing with no complaints pending.
  • Have been in operation for a minimum of 2 years and has at least two 990 Forms on file.
  • Not promote other organizations during the WTR.
  • Agree to NOT sell items or solicit donations at the M.E.N.D. Walk to Remember. 
  • Provide appropriate services that are relevant to our participants.
  • Understand that being accepted as an exhibitor is not an endorsement by M.E.N.D.

All Mental Health Professionals / Organizations Must

  • Be in good standing with no pending complaints registered with state licensing agency.
  • Understand that you and/or your organization are not present to provide mental health services to WTR participants.
  • Agree to NOT sell items/services or solicit donations at the WTR.
  • Provide appropriate services that are relevant to our participants.
  • Understand that being accepted as an exhibitor is not an endorsement by M.E.N.D.

If Approved

  • Your $50 exhibitor fee is non-refundable.  
  • You are to provide your own table & chairs.
  • Your organization will be given a space to set up in the exhibitor area, which is outside in the parking lot.  You are welcome to bring a pop-up tent for shade.
  • You must be fully set up by 11:30 a.m. (guests will begin arriving at 12:00 – the WTR is scheduled to begin at 1:00, but we will not start until everyone has checked in, which is usually around 1:15).  If you are not fully set up by 11:30, M.E.N.D. reserves the right to deny you the ability to set up, and your $50 fee will not be refunded. 
  • You agree to remain set up until the WTR begins.  You are welcome to attend the WTR (be sure to register if you are remembering a baby) and to keep your table open after the WTR if you wish.
  • M.E.N.D. is a Christian ministry.  Exhibitors will be asked to respect the Christian views and theology that are implemented in the Walk to Remember ceremony.
  • There is a massive balloon release at the conclusion of the ceremony. If exhibitors are uncomfortable with a balloon release, you are asked to not publicly vent your negative opinions of balloon releases on social media, to the press, or to our Walk to Remember guests. Exhibitors who choose to ignore this request will be asked to leave without refund.

Failure to comply with all rules/guidelines set forth herein may result in denial of your registration or your being asked to leave the event without a refund of the exhibitor fee.
